9/11 Pentagon Memorial - This design competition entry combined hand-crafted concrete and glass (with trace galvanic metals to color/bleed over time), a mathematically generated (for composed views modulating between completely open and quite closed) spiral layout, and an ancient “Tell” (a mound “build-up” of millenial layers of a society) among other integrated water and stone aspects, for a subliminal and visceral place of meditation and emotion.
